Receiving
Your manufacturer or supplier can send your products directly to us.
Upon arrival, the products will be thoroughly checked off against the manifest or invoice for quantity and quality checks.
You will be kept up to date with any issues or if everything passed QC.
Prep
As experienced FBA sellers, we understand that each business can have a multitude of individual requirements.
Within 48-72 hours of arrival, your goods will have been checked, prepped, labelled and dispatched to the required Amazon FC.
Storage
Storage is free for up to 30 days when using our Prep Services.
Distribution
Once your shipment is fully prepped and stickered, our despatch team will package the goods carefully with protective materials in outer cardboard boxes.
We will keep you fully informed with the carrier details and tracking information.
Advice
Throughout the whole process you will be dealing with humans, rather than robots and no template replies.
